Mosaic Hub runs on your own PC. Your phones' screens, the taps and text you send them, your files, screenshots and recordings stay on that PC. This page lists the little we do store, and why.

What we store, and why

We do not store your phones' screens, the content on them, your messages, your files, your contacts, or any account you use on the phones. The app has no analytics and no telemetry. If the app crashes, a crash dump is written to your own PC and never uploaded; you may send it to us if you ask for help.
Where it is stored
The account and licence service runs on Supabase in the European Union (AWS, Ireland). Emails are sent through Resend. Share-link connections are set up through the same Supabase service and then run directly between the two PCs; the video and input of a share do not pass through our servers.
The legal basis
We process this data to provide the service you asked for (the contract), to keep it secure and to stop licence misuse (our legitimate interest), and to meet accounting obligations (legal duty). We do not sell data and we do not use it for advertising.
Who else sees it
- Supabase (hosting the account service) and Resend (sending emails), under their data-processing terms.
- When you share a phone, the person you share it with sees that phone's screen and, on a control link, can use it. When you open someone's link, they see your account email and IP address in their approval request and session list.
- Authorities, when the law requires it.
Your rights
You can see, correct, export or delete the data we hold about you, and object to our processing of it. Closing your account deletes it, except what we must keep for accounting. Write to support@mosaichub.app; if you are in the EU or UK you may also complain to your data-protection authority.
This website
The website sets no cookies and runs no analytics. It is served by Cloudflare, which keeps standard server logs (IP address, pages requested) for a short time to run and protect the service. The installer is downloaded from the same provider.
Children
Mosaic Hub is not meant for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly keep data about children.
Changes
If we change what we store or why, we will update this page and tell you by email or in the app before the change takes effect.
