Terms of service

Last updated 27 October 2026 · Applies to the Mosaic Hub app, the account service and this website.

Draft for review. The company details below are placeholders until the owner fills them in and a lawyer has read the page. Nothing here is legal advice.

Who we are

Mosaic Hub is made by [LEGAL ENTITY NAME], [ADDRESS], [COUNTRY] ("we", "us"). You can reach us at support@mosaichub.app. By creating an account, installing the app or using a share link you agree to these terms.

What Mosaic Hub is

Mosaic Hub is a Windows application that shows Android phones connected to your PC, lets you control them, and lets you share a phone with someone you choose. The app runs on your own computer. Your phones' screens and the input you send them never pass through our servers; the only things we run are the account and licence service and the connection set-up for share links.

Using the app responsibly

Mosaic Hub controls phones. What you do with those phones is up to you, and you are responsible for it. In particular:

If an account is used in one of these ways we may suspend or close it.

Share links

When you open a share link someone sent you, you are using their phone with their permission, under their rules and ours. When you make a share link, you decide who gets it and whether each connection needs your approval; the person connecting needs a free Mosaic Hub account, and we record who connected, from which IP address and when, so that you can see it. Connections are set up through our service and then run directly between the two PCs.

The local API

Pro and Business plans include a local API on your PC so that your own programs can drive your phones. Anything those programs do is covered by these terms as if you did it yourself.

Availability and changes

Ownership

Mosaic Hub, its name, logo and code belong to us. Your licence is a right to use the app, not ownership of it. The app includes open-source components (among them Android platform tools and scrcpy) under their own licences, listed in the app's About page.

Warranty and liability

The app is provided as it is. We do not promise that it fits a particular purpose or works with every phone. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for loss of profit, data, accounts or business, or for indirect damage, and our total liability to you is limited to what you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Ending the agreement

You can close your account at any time from the app or by writing to us. We can close an account that breaks these terms. When the agreement ends, your licence stops and the app will no longer start; your local data stays on your PC.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of [COUNTRY / STATE], and disputes go to the courts of [CITY], unless the consumer law where you live says otherwise.
